Facilities Request

Center City Church wants to use our facilities to serve our church and community.

We are happy to make the facilities available if there are no other conflicts with church activities. Priority is given to Center City Church groups and church members.

Approval will be pending until this form is submitted, and approved. The Facility Use agreement also needs to be downloaded, printed and signed.

Center City Church does not use its facilities for purposes of business or personal profit.



When requesting the Sanctuary, please describe what you will need.

When requesting the Kitchen, please describe what you will need.

Event organizers are responsible for cleaning all equipment, dishes, and removing extra food and supplies.

Fees

Organizers are responsible for setting up and removing all decorations, only removable masking or painters tape is to be use.

Organizers are responsible for taking all trash out to the bins in the back alley.
